Grants transformer fire prompts St. Theresa school evacuation

A transformer fire near St. Theresa Catholic School in Grants forced students to be evacuated on Monday, according to the Grants Police Department. The fire prompted crews from the Gallup Fire Department and electrical companies to respond.

The Grants Police Department said in a social media post that students were taken to a safe location while crews worked to address the situation.
