Burger chains roll out National Cheeseburger Day deals for Friday

Burger chains are rolling out discounts, buy-one-get-one offers and other deals for National Cheeseburger Day on Friday. The promotions include loyalty-member exclusives, early Thursday deals at some chains and sweepstakes for free food.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is dropping the price of its September Burger of the Month, “The Jalapeno Business,” to $10 on Friday for dine-in guests, including a classic side. Big Buns is offering Thompson Table Rewards members 50% off a Classic Burger with Cheese on Friday. Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is offering a $9.18 Meal Deal through its app on Friday, with a 4-ounce Palace Classic Cheeseburger, fries and a small fountain drink.

Burger King is running Royal Perks deals through Sunday. On Thursday, members get a free hamburger with a $3 minimum purchase. On Friday, members get a free bacon cheeseburger with a $3 minimum purchase. On Saturday, members get a free four-piece nuggets with a $3 minimum purchase. On Sunday, members get a free original chicken sandwich with a $3 minimum purchase. Donations of $1 or more at Burger King through Oct. 13 come with a coupon for one of four free items: four-piece chicken nuggets, small soft drink, soft serve cup or cone, or small fries.

Carl’s Jr. is offering half-off any burger with the purchase of any hand-scooped ice cream shake on Thursday or Friday through the My Rewards app. Checkers & Rally’s is dropping its Big Buford burger to $3 on Thursday and Friday. Denny’s is offering 50% off a second Diner QP burger on Friday. Dog Haus is offering a free cheeseburger reward for purchases through Dog Haus Rewards on Friday.

Eddie Mercury’s is offering a Prime Cheeseburger with house-made potato chips for $15 on Friday with online orders. Farmer Boys is offering its Big Cheese cheeseburger for $3.99 to Very Important Farmer members on Friday. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is offering a $10 welcome gift through its Inner Circle loyalty program. Five Guys is offering a BOGO burger offer online or through its app through Friday with code BOGOBURGER.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is offering 50% off any Triple Steakburger, excluding the Prime, to Rewards members from Friday to Sunday. Grubhub is offering a BOGO on Burger King’s Whopper Jr. and a free Wendy’s Baconator on orders of $20 or more on Friday, plus 20% off (max $11) on orders of $55 or more from Outback Steakhouse through Sunday and zero delivery and service fees on orders over $50.

Hardee’s is offering a BOGO on the Hardee’s Famous Star, a quarter-pound beef burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions, dill pickles, Special Sauce and mayonnaise on a brioche-style bun, through its app on Friday. Huddle House is offering a free single smash burger to rewards members on Friday.

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is partnering with Kraft Singles on a giveaway for free Kraft Singles for life.

Krystal is offering two free Original or Cheese Krystals with a $5 app purchase on Friday. MOOYAH is offering a BOGO burger offer to rewards members on Friday. Red Robin is giving away free burgers in its Cheeseburger Day sweepstakes; entries require commenting on Red Robin’s National Cheeseburger Day post on Instagram or Facebook and filling out an entry submission.

Shake Shack is offering a $5 single Shackburger or single Cheeseburger with any purchase on Friday with code BURGERDAY through the app, web or kiosk. Smashburger is offering any single Smash for $1 to loyalty members on Friday. Sonic is dropping its Jr Double Cheeseburger to $1.99 on Friday in-store or through the Sonic app.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse is offering a Signature Angus Burger with crispy fries for $15 on Friday with online orders. Tender Greens is offering a free drink to rewards members on Friday with a Tender Burger or Tender Burger Plate purchase.

The Capital Grille is offering its Wagyu & Wine event through Nov. 15, with three gourmet American wagyu burgers paired with a glass of wine and a caramelized onion and caviar dip with housemade chips upgrade for $20. Twin Peaks is dropping its cheeseburger and fries to $7.99 on Friday. Wahlburgers is offering 50% off Our Burger or Our Burger Smash/HD Smash on Thursday.
