Buffalo Thunder Resort glows with balloons September 16

Buffalo Thunder Resort in Santa Fe will host its “Light Up the Links” balloon glow on September 16 and 17, ahead of the Balloon Fiesta. The two-night event will feature more than a dozen hot air balloons along with gourmet food trucks, drinks and live entertainment, according to the resort.

Organizers described the event as one for the whole family.

Among the balloons scheduled to appear are the 135-foot-tall Zozobra balloon and Spider Pig, both listed as fan favorites.

The glows are set to take place under the stars on both nights.
