National Cheeseburger Day brings 30 deals from Burger King to Shake Shack

Burger chains across the nation are offering discounts, buy-one-get-one deals and other promotions on Friday, Sept. 18, for National Cheeseburger Day, with a handful of restaurants starting their offers a day early. Dozens of chains, from Burger King to Shake Shack, are participating, and several require membership in a loyalty program or app to access the deals.

Burger King, Carl’s Jr. and Wahlburgers are offering cheeseburger deals as of Thursday, according to SavorNation.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is dropping the price of its September Burger of the Month, “The Jalapeno Business,” to $10 on Friday for dine-in guests, which includes a classic side.

Thompson Table Rewards members at Big Buns can get 50% off a Classic Burger with Cheese on Friday.

At Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, customers can use the app on Friday for a $9.18 Meal Deal that includes a 4-ounce Palace Classic Cheeseburger, fries and a small fountain drink.

Burger King is giving Royal Perks members a variety of deals now through Sept. 20. On Thursday, members get a free hamburger with a $3 minimum purchase; on Friday, a free bacon cheeseburger with a $3 minimum purchase; on Saturday, a free four-piece nuggets with a $3 minimum purchase; and on Sunday, a free original chicken sandwich with a $3 minimum purchase.

Burger King customers who make a $1 or more donation at the chain from now through Oct. 13 will receive a coupon for one of four free items: four-piece chicken nuggets, a small soft drink, a soft serve cup or cone, or small fries.

Carl’s Jr. is offering any burger for half the price with the purchase of any hand-scooped ice cream shake on Thursday or Friday. My Rewards members can unlock the offer in the Carl’s Jr. app.

Checkers & Rally’s is dropping the price of its Big Buford burger to $3 on Thursday and Friday.

At Denny’s, customers who purchase a Diner QP burger on Friday can get a second for 50% off.

Eddie’s Merlot’s is offering a Prime Cheeseburger with house-made potato chips for $15 on Friday with online ordering.
