Four schools compete for Spirit Stick on New Mexico Friday Night Football

Four high schools in New Mexico are competing to show which campus has the most enthusiasm. The contest determines a weekly winner based entirely on online fan support. The top campus earns a broadcast appearance with a decorated rally staff.

Fans cast ballots to decide which program takes the prize. Supporters may vote once every hour throughout the week.

The weekly window opens Monday at 4 p.m. Voting officially ends Friday at Noon. The leading school claims the honor.

Local broadcasts celebrate student traditions across New Mexico communities during the fall season. Weekly school contests highlight student pride alongside high school athletics.

A decorated staff goes to whichever campus earns the most total ballots. The winner appears on television.
