Shariff family continues Joe’s Pasta House legacy in Rio Rancho

The Shariff family took ownership of Joe’s Pasta House to maintain traditions in Rio Rancho. The new operators pledged to preserve the long dining history and food quality for local guests.

The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine alongside dishes with a New Mexican flare. Staff members provide lunch, dinner and catering options.

The Rio Rancho kitchen closes on Mondays. Doors open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday service operates from noon to 7 p.m.

Casual fine dining establishments blend classic cooking traditions with relaxed neighborhood service. Many regional kitchens also add local seasonings to traditional European recipes.

Patrons continue visiting the Rio Rancho venue for regular meals. Private catering remains open.
