Christopher Middyette brings New Mexican twist with Ocean Desert food truck

Christopher Middyette operates the Ocean Desert LLC mobile diner to serve New Mexican-style dishes across local areas. The venture offers traditional regional flavors with a modern twist. It caters private events and pops up at local breweries.

The business began operations in June 2022. It features a wide variety of tacos. Customers can order vegan and vegetarian items. Options remain flexible.

“We love to be able to serve anybody that comes to the truck. We like to be as accommodating as possible,” said Middyette, owner and executive chef.

Mobile diners often change locations to reach local neighborhood brewery patrons and event guests. These kitchens prepare fresh meals directly on site.
