NMSU’s Joe Fields makes athlete degrees his top priority

New Mexico State University Athletic Director Joe Fields says his most important job is helping college athletes earn their degrees. In his first year at NMSU, Fields has made athlete graduation his top priority.

Fields sat down this week with KRQE Sports Director Van Tate to discuss what his first year at the university has been like.

“If you ask Joe Fields what his most important job as New Mexico State University Athletic Director is, he will tell you that it’s getting college athletes their degrees,” the station reported.
