Albuquerque Affordable Service is sharing guidance on when to shut down swamp coolers for the season, as the company highlights the balance homeowners face with cooler temperatures approaching. President Noah Howland outlined the advice during a Tuesday visit to the New Mexico Living studio, where he also discussed furnace filters.
“Getting ready for the colder temps, and taking the guess work out of switching over that swamp cooler,” is part of what Affordable Service offers, according to the company.
Shutting a swamp cooler down is described as “a tough call, and quite the balance” by the company. Howland stopped by the New Mexico Living studio on Tuesday to share insight on swamp coolers, furnace filters, and more.
