Gasoline in Las Cruces has dropped to $3.75 a gallon at Love’s Travel Stop on Robert Larson Boulevard, according to pricing data posted Sunday. The price matched a $3.75 listing at Allsup’s on Mountain Vista Parkway and trailed only Sam’s Club and Walmart Neighborhood Market among the city’s cheapest options.
GasBuddy’s Las Cruces listings showed Love’s at $3.75 as of 10:51 a.m. Sunday, with Allsup’s at the same price from a Saturday reading. Walmart Neighborhood Market on Sonoma Ranch Boulevard posted $3.87, followed by Sam’s Club on North Telshor Boulevard at $3.88 and Murphy Express on Northrise Drive at $3.91.
Higher prices in the city included TA Travel Center and Pilot, both at $4.09, and Murphy Express on South Valley Drive at $4.13. Shorty’s on Avenida de Mesilla was listed at $4.18, and Chevron on South Valley Drive at $4.19.
In Albuquerque, the lowest price listed was $3.92 cash at a Valero on Rio Rancho Drive in Rio Rancho. A Chevron on Coors Boulevard Northwest and the Route 66 Travel Center on Central Avenue Southwest were both at $3.99.
Santa Fe’s cheapest listed price was $4.17 at Speedway on Agua Fria, followed by Pueblo Latino Gas Station on Cerrillos Road and a Sinclair in Pojoaque, both at $4.19.
Statewide, New Mexico’s average price stood at $4.332 on Sunday, up from $4.261 a day earlier and $3.992 a week earlier. The national average was $4.278. California had the highest state average at $5.965, and Indiana the lowest at $3.58.
