Timothy Riha received a five-year prison sentence in Albuquerque on Thursday. The California man pleaded guilty last month to multiple voyeurism and exposure charges.
Security video captured Riha touching himself at Coronado Mall during an incident last year. The California resident watched a mother and her young daughter try on clothes there.
Riha admitted watching a 17-year-old girl changing clothes at a Target store on Paseo. Investigators also caught him watching an eight-year-old child at another Target retail store. He exposed himself at Cottonwood Mall.
Voyeurism offenses involve viewing individuals inside private dressing areas without consent. Correctional facilities in Albuquerque process defendants following formal sentencing proceedings.
He will serve his sentence in prison.
