Kimchi linked to better memory and cognitive function, study finds

Kimchi consumption may improve memory and cognitive function, according to research cited by a nutrition company founder. A study showed the fermented food can boost brain performance, Kim Bright, founder of Brightcore Nutrition, said.

Alzheimer’s and dementia have touched many lives, with early-onset cases now appearing in people in their 30s and 40s.

Bright said the gut microbiome affects every other area of the body. “All fermented foods are great, but kimchi is the best because it contains over 900 unique strains of beneficial bacteria,” Bright said.

Brightcore Nutrition now offers Kimchi One, capsules made for daily use. More information is available at (888) 592-9909.
